Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may call us to discuss a return and refund within 10 days after receiving the product. 479-787-5098

In the case that you should receive an Easel box, Studio Box, Workstation, Art Cart, or Display Easel with a defective part, please call us to discuss the defective part and we would be happy to send you a replacement part. 479-787-5098

In the case that your Easel Box or Studio Box has been damaged at no fault of Edgmon Art (meaning the box was not damaged when you received it), please call us to discuss a repair in which a fee may apply.  Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product both ways for repair.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
